1. Overview

PageDrop is a lightweight page publishing service operated by its administrators. By publishing content or viewing published pages you agree to these terms.

2. Publisher responsibility

• All content published through PageDrop is the sole responsibility of the administrator who published it.
• Publishers must hold the necessary rights to everything contained in their uploaded HTML files.

3. Prohibited content

The following may not be published:

• Content that is illegal under applicable law
• Malware, phishing pages or code intended to harm visitors
• Content that infringes the rights (copyright, trademark, privacy or otherwise) of any third party

4. Takedown and reports

• Anyone may report an infringing or inappropriate page through the contact form, including the page address.
• The owner reviews reports, archives the page in question when the report is justified, and replies with the result. Objections can be raised through the same channel.

5. Service changes and suspension

• The service may be suspended or closed at the operator's discretion, including when required to respond to abuse, security incidents or legal obligations.
• Archived or deleted pages follow the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy and the Help page.

6. Disclaimer

• The service is provided as is, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The operator is not liable for damages arising from published content or from temporary unavailability of the service.
